Why is the touchscreen not working on my 1st generation NObreath?
- If the touchscreen doesn't appear to be working on the 1st generation NObreath, please try changing the device batteries in case they have insufficient power to register your input.
- If the touchscreen is still unresponsive, this could be because the device is screwed together too tightly. Please try loosening the 3 screws on the back of the device by half a turn.
- If this does not work, it is possible that the screen connector inside the device has loosened. This can be remedied by trained personnel, otherwise, you should contact your local distributor or Bedfont to arrange a repair.
- If the screen is visibly cracked/damaged or is failing electronically, then you should contact your local distributor or Bedfont to arrange a repair.
