Why is my NObreath device showing a red spanner?
This symbol means that the service date has exceeded 395 days. This will be displayed every day until the device has been reset by performing a calibration or by changing the sensor. To change the sensor, you should consider our Sensor Exchange Request, read more about that here.
No test can be performed until the monitor has been serviced.
If a service is not due, this could be because the time or date may have been changed to a date in the past. To correct this, change the date or time to the current date or time.
