Why is my NObreath showing a purple spanner?
This symbol means that the service date is due in ≤30 days. It will show on turn on after 11 months of calibration and then everyday until the new calibration is carried out. To reset this you will need to perform a calibration or changed the sensor. To change the sensor, you should consider our Sensor Exchange Request, read more about that here.
If a service is not due then the time or date may have been changed to a date that is in the past. To correct this, changed the time or date to the correct current date and time.
