Why will my NObreath device not turn on?
Take the service hatch off, check battery is present and fully located into the device, if you are unsure on how to insert the battery properly, then please check the manual. If the battery is present then try charging the monitor to full power.
If you have any of the following issues, then please get in touch with our customer service team:
- Battery contacts occluded
- Device is not charging
- Power button damaged
- Screen issue
