If your device needs a service/calibration or needs an update, get in touch with us at ask@bedfont.com and we will direct you to the correct department. For customers who are contacting us within certain areas of the UK, we will either transfer them to Intermedical depending on the product or refer them to our Customer Service team or to our website to raise a ticket.
