Why is my 1st generation device displaying a red battery?
The red battery symbol shown by the 1st generation NObreath means that the batteries currently in the device are very low or empty. Please replace the batteries.
If replacing the batteries doesn't resolve this issue, it could mean that the sensor ribbon cable has become loose or disconnected. This can be remedied by trained personnel, otherwise please contact your local distributor to arrange a repair.
