Hour Glass On Gastro+
Why is there an hour glass on my Gastro+?
If the device is zeroing before calibration, you should allow your device to zero in fresh air until the next screen is displayed.
If the device is zeroing before taking a test then allow the device to zero in fresh air until the 15 second timer has started.
If the above mitigation does not remedy the problem after 24 hours, please contact your local distributor for more advice.
