Why does my GastroCH4ECK have a red cross, pink circle and retry button?
Firstly, verify that no gas is flowing through the device. If there was gas being used, please wait 5 minutes before attempting a new test and then press the retry button. If the error occurs more than 3 times, please restart the unit. If failure persists then contact Bedfont or their distributor for support.
