Why is my iCO showing wrong results?
Check that the pin code you entered into the app's settings page matches the pin code on iCO label. This will need to be correct for the app to work properly.
If you are getting sensor drift or high H2 sensitivity then you will need to contact your distributor.
Please keep all vent holes clear when performing a test.
Ensure that the test is performed in a well ventilated area and no alcohol based products, VOC's, aerosols or room sprays are not used on or in the presence of the device as these contaminations will affect the sensor within the device.
